We would like to introduce to you an opportunity to become involved in the 11th International Symposium on Nutritional Aspects of Musculoskeletal Health to be held at the Hotel del Coronado in San Diego, California from April 29-May 1, 2024. This symposium provides a unique opportunity to connect health professionals, researchers and industry across many disciplines, including nutrition and dietetics, exercise science, medicine, gerontology, nursing, general practice, academia and the food and fitness industry. It is still the only international meeting which deals exclusively with nutrition, bone and muscle, and usually attracts about 120 specialists from all over the world.

Sponsorship Package

Platinum Sponsor – 35,000 USD

  • Prominent logo display and company link on the conference website as the Platinum Sponsor.

  • Logo and company link in all e-mail and promotional material listings.

  • Corporate banner displayed in the main conference room (supplied by sponsor).

  • Option to conduct a 1-hour symposium (up to 2 speakers) on a topic selected by the sponsor that is closely related to the conference.

  • Verbal recognition (acknowledgement in opening and closing sessions) and on-screen recognition as a Platinum (Power point full slide) shown between all sessions.

  • Option for a 3-4 minute advertisement (video supplied by sponsor) to be played once a day during the scheduled program.

  • Logo displayed in all e-mail and promotional material listings.

  • Naming rights to one session / symposium.

  • Prominent logo display and company link on the conference website as a Silver Sponsor.

  • Logo displayed in all email and promotional material listings.

  • On-screen recognition (Powerpoint half slide) as a Silver sponsor displayed between all sessions.

*Priority for booth selection will be given to Platinum Sponsors followed by Gold and Silver.

Exhibition Booth –8,000 USD

  • One exhibition booth (3m x 2m).

  • Listing as an exhibitor on the conference website and in the conference program. 

  • On-screen recognition (on a Powerpoint slide) as an exhibitor between sessions.

Other Sponsorship Opportunities

Speaker Sponsor – 5,000 USD

  • This is a great opportunity to sponsor a local or international speaker on a topic that might represent your product or service range. There are many sessions available for sponsorship identification based on the final program (available soon). This will include verbal recognition and your organization logo to be displayed on the speakers’ slide at the beginning of their presentation and recognition as a speaker sponsor in the conference program.

Session Sponsor – 5,000 USD (one per session)

  • This is a great opportunity to associate your organization with key topics that represent your product or service range. There are several sessions available for sponsorship identification, based on the final program (available soon). This will include your organization logo to be displayed on the opening session slide for your nominated session and recognition as a session sponsor in the conference program.  

 

Welcome Reception Sponsor – 5,000 USD

  • Listing as the Welcome Reception sponsor on the conference website.

  • Opportunity to display marketing material at the function.

  • Opportunity to provide serviettes with company logo (Sponsor to provide).

  • On-screen recognition (listed on Power point) on day 1 of the conference (prior to Welcome reception).

 

Student Travel Sponsor – 3,000 USD each

  • Opportunity for a named student travel award.

  • On-screen recognition (listed on Power point slide) displayed between sessions.

  • Sponsorship recognition in all printed material and conference website.

 

Award Sponsor – 2,500 USD each (target is 2 awards) 

  • Opportunity for a named award for the best conference abstracts/presentations.

Coffee Break Sponsor – 2,500 USD each

  • Exclusive sponsoring of the coffee breaks on one of the symposium days.
